• Appointment confirmations
• Scheduling or rescheduling information
• Appointment-related updates
• Other administrative or practice-related communications

The SMS program is intended primarily for informational and patient-service communications.

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS/text communications from SK Audiology, you consent to receive recurring text messages from SK Audiology at the mobile number you provided.

Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving healthcare services or purchasing products or services from SK Audiology.

Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled appointments and interactions with SK Audiology.

Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent or received in connection with the SK Audiology SMS program. Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions regarding your mobile plan.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS/text messages from SK Audiology.

After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive messages through the SMS program unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to receive healthcare services from SK Audiology.
